Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. To be eligible, your rug must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Rugs that have been installed, stained, or show wear cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return
Email us at service@futraderug.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Custom-sized rugs are final sale.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
